Never join this company as fresher, Making techno-Crack, Poor canteen facility, No holiday, not even on festival, Old aged people in management, No welfare for staff, No OT, Politics, No sufficient trainings, No safety equipments for employees, Totally exploitation, Etc

As a operator my work so challenging, mostly I had to work for 10hrs, sometimes for 12hrs.

Job is not secure even for GM level persons, preference given to legpulling and oiling peoples, framed policies are good but they are big zero at floor level.

Dislikes

Management in uflex is dumb and deaf...they listen to only leg pullers and complainting peoples. Ur work value is zero if u won't knows oiling. Company is better but higher level peoples are just busy in saving their own jobs by politicising enviroment and avoiding work culture.

Work Details

Work is never ending process was listened earlier but at uflex i feels it and with full hardwork and dedication i completed my tasks always on time. No one will leave uflex if politics are not given place at there.
