The management is dis-respective to everyone underneath them. Those in power love to exaggerate the fact that they are indeed in power. No financially or professional growth opportunities are provided.

Likes

Working for vulnerable children is always a passion and Udayan had given me a great experience. Training and workshops opportunity are abundant and for a fresher it is quite useful.

Dislikes

Compensation is not par with the work responsibilities assigned and growth is slow. The work pressure is very high and unstructured. too many interfering and decision lies at top management. work life balance is disturbed due to excessive reporting and extra works culture.

I appreciated the learning that happened in the organisation especially in the children's home. I think working with Udayan Care at the beginning of a career can prove to be fruitful for both professional and personal growth because of the new things that happened

Dislikes

It is very difficult to keep a balance at work if you already have a lot to deal with otherwise. Every day brings in different problem situations which can drain a person if not given proper guidance from the seniors. Also, the salary is poor and appraisals are sloppy.
