Most of the employees are from references . Even executives are not familiar with basic things like MS office . So company should recruit employees atleast who have basic knowledge .

Working as a shift incharge. Managing vendors. Order processing, daily MIS , monthly performance report, COD collections , closing of order as per cod received, managing team(roaster planning, attandance track, etc.)
