It is a small bank and hence it's easy to get noticed. Good work is appreciated

Dislikes

Whether you work efficiently or don't, you get the same salary and same opportunities. Good performers don't get extra rewards, hence no motivation. Also it is very easy to bend rules.

Since the organisation is public sector so job security is the only advantage and customer service.

Work life gets worse when you go higher positions . Head count is so low in branches that one person ends up working whole day and another enjoys the cup of tea .
