Some of the leaders have been sitting on these roles for quite sometime now and have mostly started just resting and vesting. - This is kind of common in a lot of large orgs but a lot of mid to senior level managers are just there because they have maintained goodrelations with their higher ups. A lot of them don't even know their portfolios and are lost if you ask them anything about their processes.
