The work life balance was great. The team was very cooperative and supportive of me even though I was a fresher

Dislikes

The company is great to work at and with excellent work culture but they have shifted their focus from growth to profitability and has had 2 major lay offs in around 6 months. Job security is the major issue now.

Base (fixed) salary not at par with other tech firms. But TC is awesome!
