They treat their employees like a school students. Not a good work place

Unnecessary torture. There is no work still they are compelling others to leave late night. moreover there business is only their group business and they do not have. any outside clients. This actually in broking field is a great disadvantage as we cannot learn anything. What I feel this this will definitely affect our growth. Learning potential is almost nil

As a claims head I am handling property,. Motor and employee benefit claims. Again the claims are very small in size and there is no much challenges as I had in my previous companies.
