As it is start up company they are working hard to develop a organisation which should last a organic environment . It's a very good platform for beginners especially mechanical sector .. I'm very happy as we crossed boundaries to maintain a global partner ship with high grade companies .

Simply the work pressure will be high as we attend shut down jobs and there will be deadline for every job .. pay is quite low with respect to the working conditions ..
