Tumlare was a very good company and employee friendly..majorly female friendly as females use to get benefits using their charm and impacting others job. Main drawback of this co was agressive, greedy females leading the top positions and impacting business & other employees. Till Aug co supported us with 10% salary cut but by July they removed 97% of employees and just keeping one cosmetic beauty + 01 of her follower and 01 deserving candidate....Read More

Dislikes

Main drawback of this co was agressive, greedy, non deserving females leading the top positions and impacting the business and other employees. This is the case since the begining, every now & then incoperative, aggressive and non deserving females hampered the company image in market.

Company culture - Poor

Work Details

It was good and almost satisfying until the dominance of non deserving and biased females leading the co and impacting the business.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
