One of worst HR department I have ever seen. lack of transparency, worst employees relation, toxic work environment ultimately harming organisation overall success. In any case without involving MD's you will not get your work done by HR. HR think he is the only boss there and will act with you like a dustbin. By the time of leavingif you complete your notice period, completed your all tasks, handed over future tasks properly still he will hold your payment, documents and other things which will you need in future, and once you step outside the organisation there will be no any response from HR at any cost, even if you are begging. Summery: Avoid joining Tryvac Plants and Projects due to toxic work culture (mainly due to third class HR manager). You will mentally suffer after leaving the organisation when you will not get any response from any one of them. And still if you want to join then at the time of resignation do not tell anyone take salary and say good bye....Read More
