Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

No insurance, no bonus, no benefit, no laptop, no proper cafeteria, no proper car parking, boss culture, they can layoff whenever they want, they change you company internally without letting you know in every 11 months ( switch into truwoth infotech to truwoth Healthcare and vice versa ) for example if you worked here 22 months and you leave the organisation so you will get 2 different experience letters(11 months each). You have to deal with some people who don't know how to talk with respect....Read More

There is nothing to like in Truworth

Dislikes

Everyone dislike Truworth because of their behavior and everything, HR's harass the employees. work load is heavy and the salary is very low and they won't provide Health insurance for employees I suggest everyone please don't join with Truworth, because they will deal with very smoothly and after sometime they won't pickup our calls and they won't reply our messages
