1 - Management is worst 2 - Ni matter how much you work, If some escalation comes. You are sole responsible even though you were not part of project they will somehow connect it with you. 3 - If you are not well or else met with some emergency work; job escalation will be somehow made on you, Quality Team sucks in this. 4 - Qualily lead is close to Head personnel, and was assigned as QC lead because he was his relative; If you are right they don’t care. I was in hospital for severe fever and took day of even submitted my medical record. But i was not in conditions to reply for work, they issued me warning letter in same week for task which I was not part of. 5 - QC person have to do work of their close one , If they are planning some outings. 6 - lack of opportunities growth, inadequate compensation, working for 24*7 still no extra pay. 7 - Management lead will portray in Calls as they know In and out of everything but in reality they have zero knowledge how in deep process is working. If you see most of the reviews- you will get negative because this firm sucks you down. Those who are and want to perform good in life will switch and look for better life and opportunities, I must say, take your timr but never join this Firm....Read More

there are many things to dislike here. 1 No work life balance 2 No growth, people's are working here since 2/3 years at same position. 3 Managers unccessrary shouting employees on floor front all no professionalisim. 4 People's working like donkey for 12 hours (hard work no smart work) All work is manual no systematic process. 5 you have to active and work mode 24 hours. This is not a company it was like my home, there are some negative reviews but I can only say that 5 fingers are not equal. As you realise your mistakes once we loose or move away from that thing.

No meeting rooms No Parking CEO is abusive They do not know how tech works , repetitive work without reasons LOP even if 1 mins less of 9hr swipe in & swipe out timing Work life balance is horrible ,you need to work on holidays without additional benefit.
