UX Designer

Job Summary.We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, design wireframes and prototypes, and iterate based on user feedback. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Roles & Responsibilities.

1. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and project requirements.
2. Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design concepts and user flows.
4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
5. Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
7. Advocate for user-centred design principles and contribute to a positive user experience across all products.
8. Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.

Qualifications.

1. Bachelors degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
4. Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
5. Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
7. Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
9. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
10. Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS, Android) is desirable.
