This company is very good if you are starting as a fresher, you will get good exposure about working of turbines, you can learn lot of things as plant is near R&D.

Dislikes

Local politics, appraisals will never happen on time, work culture is typical lala chhap company, no respect to employee, fresher has to sign a bond while joining.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
