Good Management. Good Salary hikes and perks. good junior colleagues

Dislikes

Some senior having affairs with their leads and they drive the the team how they want to drive it. These makes toxic environment in team. Leads only helpful when you good with their close one. Also no opportunity for growth due the old members and leads.

I really like the environment in my current position. My manager is a great resource and always willing to help out when i run into an issue, but she trusts me to get my work done so i have a lot of freedom in how i schedule and prioritize, which is very important to me.

Dislikes

Unskilled and inexperienced staff have hired as a manager by some HOD's with reference. Which is impacting company and other skillful and experienced staffs within company. With this work distribution and responsibilities are not that greatly divided within teams.
