Best supportive Managers. Friendly, youthful working atmosphere.
Worst HR policy ever experienced in regards to FNF. Even for a consultant there is 2 months notice period policy. And more 60 days from last working day to clear the FNF and it took them 3 more months to credit my hard earned 2 months salary (check with any ex-employee). HR will not think twice to penalise you just for chewing a chocolate on the floor. But got no decency to clear FNF on time.

HR policies were disappointing, No sick leaves, Sandwich leave policies,HR will take your original documents and they will keep it until your resignation so in case of any ADM issued by airline then they will ask employees to pay the amount of ADM or documents would be blackmailed so basically they don't trust employees if every company starts thinking in this perspective then no one will get job , Late marking even one minute late is late so same continuous for 4 times in a month it will be considered as half day, Having food on your desk is a crime here it will cost you 500 rs penalty, Hardly in pantry area 15 people can sit at a time you will have to wait for your turn but meanwhile your lunch time should also not exceed 30mins as bio break needs to be updated even for washroom break 🤷 Ending with some powerful policy in case of mistakes/ADM there is a account called loan account wherin all debit amount get updated so during regisnation you will have to repay and leave, Guys don't take risk would suggest not to join !! On the first very day they give bundle of pages as policies to sign on which includes basic policies as break time leave policy but important policies like submitting original document and any debit employee will have to pay will never be discussed until you ask them. They keep it hidden....Read More

Pratiksha Narsale as a teamleader is handling team very well she is fine person.
We got a place for work at washroom area and it was impacted for my health hence i switch the job .I told several time to shift a department at good place because good working place is matter for health no one listened .
