There is Nothing Which i dislike about Tripjack yes but there are some suggestions which i can share from my past experience 1) If the Family of the Employee Is Secured by Medical Insurance ( Immediate Family ) which helps the employee and be more focused and helps in Critical situations to arrange for funds 2) Most of the Employeeswill be having Some or the other Loans Going on ( Home Loan / Personal Loan) and if we can get the salary on the last working day of the month that will ease their tension 3) If we Increase our Share on PF which help to Save More and also will help in Tax...Read More
