The entire process from assignment of articles to their publishing is really well managed and smooth. Any issue is addressed promptly and working on the company's platform is hassle free.

Dislikes

The only drawback would be the compensation. With recent surge in prices, it would be great if the company could revise the payment plan so that writers could feel motivated and feel they are paid correctly for their work.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. The work culture is great and is evolving. The management is extremely supportive. They are also tightening the company policies to make it a better place to work.

Dislikes

Stringent work hours. Although employees are able to go flexy during emergencies, restricted work hours tend to stub productivity. What if an employee is less than 100% productive on a day and doesn't want to take a leave? Better work hour policies might be helpful for all employees, in-house and remote.
