1. Entered as a fresher, now I can say know certain things relating to designing is because of this workspace! 2. Seniors gave me enough and encouragement to learn and try new things 3. There are no unnecessary pressure or targets that need to be met 4. There is something new to learn every day

Good Work life balance. Always an opportunity to learn new skill & tools which is good for personal & professional growth. Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings) & Very Flexible Working hours. Management, Seniors and colleagues are always there to help if you get stuck with work. very good managements portal to manage salary slips, Documents for tax and much more

Nice environment to work with management and listen to employee ideas and thoughts. They also allow us to develop our knowledge. And colleagues are helping, if you are get stuck in work.

Dislikes

Employee benefit is not available currently (Leave policy, Health insurance) and salary is credited on 10th only, management is working on the same. Hope these benefits are implemented ASAP.
