There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. When we are resign it then no full and final payment not given.

Here's anyone can't get any experience who is a quality inspector because I'm an engineer and now I'm working here since more then 1 year but I haven't knowledge. In this company there is no career growth if anyone join this company as a b-tech roll, this company put as a quality inspector if you are fresher and after one year and two years and more then two years you also as a quality inspector designation will haven't changed. And the rules of this company is very bad expenses is not came on time after 2 months and 3 month more the 3 months expenses will not came. If you send anyone anywhere so given him expenses on the time because here's who is quality inspector salary is not too good. Here's my experience is very bad.In this company at North zone seniors are not good they don't provide any facilities on time. Thankyou ....Read More
