No work pressure, unless you are not in marketing team.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No learning on new technologies, no hold on arrogant and over confident employees.

Work Details

As a QA Lead need to work on different products, which is good as I like working on multiple products from Mechanical domain. From test planning, test case design, automation and delivery I worked on all this stuff from which I learned a lot of things.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
