The work culture is toxic, working hours are not fixed in Hospitality Industry. In Engineering department everything is maintained on day to day basis but if someone is passionate about machines and all than it is not for them because every major machine is on Annual Maintenance Contract given to Original Manufacturers so one can only fix minor issues over a course of and for major breakdown you have to wait for AMC persons. Manger specially in Food and Beverage Department., The work environment has been spoiled. No personal life , long our shift till now, no appreciation, politics with individual. No growth for those who is not Manger's spoon. Mental health as well as physical health it will be over. Better do look and take the feedbacks from associates and supervisor about their manger behaviour with them. They will use slangs ,etc. No one cares not even HOD or HR. This Property is very good for benefits, it may be salary or bonus or we can say learning, we have good facilities for improving our communication skills, nice guest clients, and best part we have many programs like OCLD, SDP,EDP For development.

Dislikes

Working culture is very poor, because people are working for his family but we can not spend time with our family, because people are working for break shift they have to report at 6.45 am and they are leaving by around 11.00 pm In that we are getting 4 hrs break but still person has to be there in hotel Here minimum duty hrs is 12hrs.
