It is terrible. No body cares here what time one shows up on the shift as it is kind of mandatory to work for at least 12 hours. Duty managers always finds an excuse to hold someone on shift for extra hours just because they are not done with

Get to meet people from all over the world and learn about their cultures, their thinking process.

The working environment is not employee friendly, the food they serve at their cafeteria is terrible and lot of people have fallen sick due to that. there is no policy for paying you for over time. During my tenure I saw atleast 20-25 people leaving the organisation who were working with me in the department. They don't have enough company accomodation and the few that they have are not habitable and in the areas which are not safe for someone to travel alone at night, they provide drop to females but not to males and we have to reach home on our own expense.
