The work culture is toxic, working hours are not fixed in Hospitality Industry. In Engineering department everything is maintained on day to day basis but if someone is passionate about machines and all than it is not for them because every major machine is on Annual Maintenance Contract given to Original Manufacturers so one can only fix minor issues over a course of and for major breakdown you have to wait for AMC persons. I like the working environment of the hotel. The staff and manager are super supportive. The HR is very active and supportive. I worked here as a trainee so, I got to learn so many things here, that still help me in my career.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
