The inter department parity is good

Dislikes

The work culture is toxic, working hours are not fixed in Hospitality Industry. In Engineering department everything is maintained on day to day basis but if someone is passionate about machines and all than it is not for them because every major machine is on Annual Maintenance Contract given to Original Manufacturers so one can only fix minor issues over a course of and for major breakdown you have to wait for AMC persons.
