I could have said that they are the paymasters and you get your salary after taking all the unreasonable pressure and tension but from the past 2 years getting a salary was a big question. When are you going to get it and how much will that be? Chaos, chamcha culture, people in the leadership team would do everything to be there and maintain the ecosystem that rots this extremely high potential company. In pure lala culture, everything depends on mood swings. Deserving people would not get promoted but a handful of people who are the yes sir army would get promoted. No work life balance. Absolutely zero faith in the employees, you are just sent to the factories for the sake of abiding to random instructions irrespective of your requirement to do so and contribute. Being a GET at Trident gave me ample opportunity to work with team and learn from well experienced person and Lead a team in my first work which was excited as well as difficult because I was just a fresher but the team was supportive and I proved myself and learn many things during my time.

Mostly the management support was bit missing and not able to get proper guidance.
