Dislikes

They will hire you for Data Scientist roles but actually they Don't have work into this space. Mostly they have work into normal analytics and dashboards, or will put you in report support. So pls ask about how will you day on day look like and get your roles and responsibilities on email for sure, before joining. Concerns to Senior Management and HR's are mostly unaddressed and ignored.

Tredence being a average sized company of around 2000 employees follows culture of a MNC. No doubt the senior people of the company like Managers, Directors, Sr Directors even the Co-founder are very friendly and easily approachable. There are various challenges in the project which makes you to sit tightly throughout.
