Everything , nothing to like about . SMs and even Directors cant save you . Every one for herself/himself . Everything is recorded , micro managed , being asked for updates as if you are a thief . device level recordings , you have no personal space . Client requirements are ever changing and you get blamed for everything and bullied into fast working.

I like the speed at which they work. They provide lot of opportunities for employees to learn and grow. Also, you do get appreciation for the work instantly which is really rare in most companies. Not to forget, the founders are very simple and humble people who interact with employees on a regular basis. Work life balance can be improved by brining in a policy to not schedule calls post 9 pm. This gives ample time for the employee to spend time with family, relax and take care of family chores.
