Things change every month because of new trainers, quality analysis is worst. Even when the customer are satisfied. Still they will cut down quality score leading to hold on increment. Work-life balance sucks, have to work 6 days a week (9 hrs 30 mins) with rotational week-offs, getting a weekoffs on Sunday is impossible. Work pressure is there, have to put maintain 5 hrs of talktime otherwise have to maintain 40 connects. Have to follow scripts otherwise 0 in audit. Scripts changes from time to time and it sucks to adapt to new scripts. 100 new things are introduced every month that we have to know and 10 people have 50 other opinions over a question....Read More

I am writing to express my deep concern about the unprofessional behavior that I experienced in Tatvartha at the Mumbai branch. As a 21-year-old, I was shocked and dismayed by the incident that happened to me,it was especially insensitive. I wanted to reach out to you and ask if you had any information on what happened and the reasons behind it. I would greatly appreciate any insight or details that you can provide on this matter. I came across your post on social media which inspired me to join Tatvartha. However, after the unfortunate incident that I experienced, I will make sure that no one close to me ever joins your organisation. I joined your company on 16th January and unfortunately, I was terminated without any valid reason and evidence. It came as a shock to me when I was informed about this on 23rd of January. I tried reaching out to Apoorva and Zara over email multiple times regarding the valid justification of terminating me from your organization, however I can still justify or take a stand for myself that I was nowhere wrong. Actually if I say there is nothing that I like in Traya. Its just they give good salary, but apart from money a person need peace of mind also.
Lot of people told me about Traya’s toxic culture, but I thought to give it a try. And I completely made the wrong choice. One manager named “Zahra Lokhandwala” this female really dont know how to talk to employees. Having some shares in company she thinks she owns it completely. She always support her favourite people give them promotion. There is no value of persons experience or knowledge. People get promoted even when they know nothing about customer experience and people management. And the best part they will make people work extra without paying overtime. Also, they go against labour law and make people work more than 6days a week. Recently they had sale day in which they made people work for 10-11hrs for 3days without giving them OT and maximum people even worked for more than 9days in stretch. And all this was instructed by so called CS Lead “Zahra Lokhandwala”, she keeps throwing her attitude on people. If she dont like someone she demote them from their position and put them on calls. Which no company does, other company put leaders on PIP and give time to improve performance, but Miss Zahra do the other way round. Some A** L****r always behind her and she enjoys that a lot. Customer relation manager is Zahra is really toxic and doesnt treat her employees with respect and often makes an impact on her team’s performance She is not approachable at all. (This is the first time I am giving a review to a company)It is the worst and most pathetic company to work with, they will tell you in the training that it is very easy no one will force you to work if you complete your target we don't follow BPO culture here, but it is worse than BPO. Even if you complete your target they will tell you to do more and even if you do more they will ask you to do more, their more never stops if one cannot complete their target, the whole team suffers and if you are overachieving your targets they will increase the running target in between they don't let their employee have mental peace even after working so hard for the targets. Every week there is a new update with useless markdowns given by quality so that you don't match all of the Parameters provided. Every week you have to complete a PKT 4 PKT in a month and that too on the same day within 30 mins else you will be given a warning. Leave policies are very bad for CL you have to apply 15 days Prior like if we have planned the CL one cannot take CL on urgent basis, for SL you need to have valid documents from doc or else it will not be approved you can only have one SL per month anything above one SL is LOP in a month. Also if you don't show them the documents, if someone is suffering from fever only they have to work because for fever if you take PCM medicine you don't have medical document slips for PCM and if you take a leave it is salary deducted after 1 LOP(loss of Pay) HR will give you a warning mail and if you take another LOP within 60 days you"ll go under PiP, and after another LOP it is ZT, you cannot apply for floater they will never approve they will give you plenty of useless reasons and they will not approve it, you can only apply for floater once in 90 days if you take floaters after 30 days they will say it is not approved you have already taken a floater 30 days before(Strict timings 9:45 to 7:30 with only 45 mins break but it is very rare that they will let you leave at the time, they will ask you to work till 8:30 sometimes 9 PM) if you want mental peace and work-life balance never work here. Also getting WO on Saturday and Sunday is impossible you have to write an email that why you want WO on Sat or Sun, there are no week off preferences you have to take the week off that is given to you according to Roaster and if you have any work on the order day forget it that you can do it, you have to take LOP for that, Also they are fooling their customers by the treatment nothing good in their products the only thing that works is minoxidil that too they buy it from other Pharmaceutical company and paste their Stickers on it. And when they want to fire you they will make the process hard for you and will make you so stressed that even after achieving your targets, you would leave the company.........The HR Policies and company policies change from time to time, even after telling you the truth you still want to join so please make sure that you take everything written on the Offer Letter in the beginning, or else they will say this will not happen you need to have written valid proof....Read More

They haven't fixed my PF issue till now in which they made the mistake. They do not give you complete details sometimes unless you ask for it. They should add character fit-based criteria to select employees. The new HR manager of Traya she don’t know how to handle a team she judge you in 10 days that you are fit for the role or not and then directly tell you to put your resignation.
