This review was very important from my side as there has been a constant process of defaming Mr. Ankit Bajaj on every platform. I have been working as a tender executive for almost 2 years and I directly report to Ankit sir only from day 1 and I have never faced any sort of harassment .Also for your kind information we get promoted here based on our capabilities. Its my 4th month I'm working with this company. Came to know about many things and learning much, Employee-friendly atmosphere. If you have a hungry to grab knowledges, you'll enjoy.

Dislikes

I admit that the growth is slow due to the Pandemic Situation. But if you do your best, do it through a proper channel, vacant space will be fulfil. Drawbacks are there of course, but lets make it solved by working together.

No appointment letter, no payslip, salary delayed in every month...fraud company

Working culture in there is the worst. No medical benifit, no job culture, they don't pay salary to the employee after 2/3 months of job. Then force employees to resign and no F&F
