There is nothing to like in this company.

Dislikes

The worst company I had ever worked with. The company director Mr. Sudhanshu Jaipuria is a terrible and worst person to work with. He is cheap and worst. He is commiting to the employees that the Salary will be credit in your account within 07 working days but delays it infinitely and pays it after 20-21 of every month. His one of the best dialogue is I don't have the fund to pay the salary, but subsequently He is buying Mercedes and is enjoying his life in hotels like Trudent, Oberoi, Lodhi, Taj....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
