Senior Management has been changed and since then the environment and work culture is getting worst day by day.. The new manager in ops and the vice president is very toxic.. they are very dominating and they very unethical and unprofessional... Work environment is so pathetic in tbo..

It's a very good company. There is no work pressure at all.Manger's and seniors are so supportive. I had spent good time in the company.Work environment also good.Employees not facing any promble related to there salary and appraisal. I wish to good luck to the company.

The only thing i don't like about the company that's six days working.Atleast works day should be less like 5 days.

Basically my work is very challenging as i have to look after the entire customer queries. it's a B2B related product.I had advice to customer regarding B2B portable.I had chat through mail to the customer.It will be a great learning experience.

Everything! This company is living in past. It has not developed with time and company politics is at highest. Managers have no management skills or understanding towards their team. They’re gonna give you so much work pressure and you’ll be stressed all day. I barely stayed in this company for 4 months and those 4 months they showed their every color. If you are getting hired in Akshat Verma's team, RUN. I bet you run. He is a toxic leader, doesn't listen to anyone or any suggestion you provide, he wants things in this own way ONLY. Micromanages, promotes and pushes you to work on every weekends, late nights, on vacations and even on festive and national holidays. There will be absolutely no work life balance. This company is basically a Lala company. I’m not sure about other departments but managers in finance don’t even have basic skills to be a manager. Lacks professionalism! Senior manager doesn’t even know how things work in the process. So much micromanaging that affects the efficiency of work and mental health of the employees.
