Everything! This company is living in past. It has not developed with time and company politics is at highest. Managers have no management skills or understanding towards their team. They’re gonna give you so much work pressure and you’ll be stressed all day. I barely stayed in this company for 4 months and those 4 months they showed their every color. This company is basically a Lala company. I’m not sure about other departments but managers in finance don’t even have basic skills to be a manager. Lacks professionalism! Senior manager doesn’t even know how things work in the process. So much micromanaging that affects the efficiency of work and mental health of the employees. No company benefits are there to be mentioned. This company is just scamming their employees by creating company policies that don’t even exist....Read More

Learning is good for freshers but after 1-2 years its a high time to move ahead. Company culture is not at all advance, poor work environment its difficult to manage here if you come from any big MNC.

It was my first job.. excellent learning for starting 1-2 years but after that you will feel stable. Work environment is average here not like MNC. Poor HR management, high work stress level.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. If you are getting hired in Akshat Verma's team, RUN. I bet you run. He is a toxic leader, doesn't listen to anyone or any suggestion you provide, he wants things in this own way ONLY. Micromanages, promotes and pushes you to work on every weekends, late nights, on vacations and even on festive and national holidays. There will be absolutely no work life balance.
