Nothing! Whoever has interviewed or thinking to apply in this company (tbo.com/tek travel/travel boutique online), take this as a warning sign to join any other company but this unless you wanna work in a hell. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Everything! This company is living in past. It has not developed with time and company politics is at highest. Managers have no management skills or understanding towards their team. They’re gonna give you so much work pressure and you’ll be stressed all day. I barely stayed in this company for 4 months and those 4 months they showed their every color. Overall company is ok, BUT

Dislikes

If you are getting hired in Akshat Verma's team, RUN. I bet you run. He is a toxic leader, doesn't listen to anyone or any suggestion you provide, he wants things in this own way ONLY. Micromanages, promotes and pushes you to work on every weekends, late nights, on vacations and even on festive and national holidays. There will be absolutely no work life balance. No work ethics, no work autonomy. You have to punch in and out timing. Leaves are very less, with only intention to make people work 365x24 in a year....Read More
