I do like about working with cwt is the work life balance and the kind of job security little bit and the transportation part which is good.

Dislikes

Why don't like about cwts in lethargic approach of management, nobody is looking towards betterment of the company. No new policies has been introduced. Transparency in the policies nobody in the management what should discuss anything how we can improve how we can grow, how we can retain our clients. I personally feel that this is the biggest failure of our management. No implementation in technology in hardware or software. We are losing client day on day because of this and losing client means losing revenue and no growth no income. Most important thing we keep on losing are most and your employee day by day and nobody willing to retain them. There is lot to say about negativity the negative which is going on currently inside the organisation but at this moment I am done....Read More
