OFFICE POLITICS! Seniors working here from 10+ years have trashed the work culture with their typical mindset and their micromanagement. In my experience overall work culture is toxic and stressful leaving you with low morale. HR department is the worst. Forget about getting promoted here. Increments aren’t that good as well. They act like they’re doing everything required to have a good work culture but trust me it’s the opposite as seniors stay in their positions till retirement and young ones get hired and keep leaving. Micro management at the highest level and data entry work in fpa department only for the name sake it is Fpa it should be foolish planning department
