There is no salary benefit as the company release the Allowance after every 4months from the date of submission of bills and also the same is not sure as you will receive the full amount raised or as per company norms they will deduct the amount as per their interest. Company work culture is also not much good as you will not get appreciated for your work and will be assigned more work to you.
