If you are a Hotelier and you are desperate for a job with no other option in hand then only you should think of joining here.

Dislikes

Operation Manager position has dual responsibility. You have to manager both the property owner and The Company. But you will not get any support from the company. There are lot of internal politics between the company. And everyone will always be ready for backbiting to save themselves. Not suggested to work with this group.
