The bizzare thing that can happen to you in Reckitt is if you end up working with Saranya as your LM. That woman will never be define to salary that she is fetching from the company. On the name of sick leaves she can take unlimited leaves and even then her leave count would reflect as 18 leaves pending. That woman will only be available to you when she needs something and if you need some closure on any topic she will be no where to be found. Absolutely pathetically manages her team. It’s not surprising that 3 people who have reported to her have left their jobs either by themselves or she has herself got them removed. No one can work with that lady. She doesn’t herself know how to work how will she teach others. Even management and people in the HR Bay knows she doesn’t work yet no will say anything can’t believe that Reckitt is willing to pay such people 42-43 lakhs while they crib so much to pay for the folks down there in sales...Read More
