Everything! This company is living in past. It has not developed with time and company politics is at highest. Managers have no management skills or understanding towards their team. They’re gonna give you so much work pressure and you’ll be stressed all day. I barely stayed in this company for 4 months and those 4 months they showed their every color. Learning is good for freshers but after 1-2 years its a high time to move ahead. Company culture is not at all advance, poor work environment its difficult to manage here if you come from any big MNC.

It was my first job.. excellent learning for starting 1-2 years but after that you will feel stable. Work environment is average here not like MNC. Poor HR management, high work stress level.
