I strongly recommend TrainerKart for the CEO, Ranbir. He is the perfect blend of a leader, manager and an entrepreneur. Most important thing to know is that the organization is very employee centric.

Dislikes

Its a growing organization and you cant expect great perks. However they are good pay masters and you can compensate it by negotiating with the CTC you get.

Ranbir is an asset to any organization he is with, i was directly reporting to him and he is so full of infectious energy levels that he can handle any situation most aptly and try fairly. A manager who's integrity is sacrosanct!

Dislikes

Work environment is really fast and quick, no room for laziness.... Haha. There's isn't anything which i would dislike for a start up, they are above par i would say.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
