Only part good is the salary and increment else u will not get any support or any learning

Work culture , no job security, they are always there to make u feel uncomfortable and always scolding since training and nothing new you can learn in this company

Remote job and company culture is good. Teammates are very helpful.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits are very less no performance pay of any kind. Yearly compensation offered.

The job is interesting! There are struggles if you are not from inside sales in the beginning. There was a formal training period and on the job training as well. I got chance to wear multiple hats and helped me get taste of different roles in same team

Working on odd hours is the only negative I can say, Since it was a night shift basis for my role.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
