Imagine your client related to company executives as "BANIYA", yes it happened 🤣. Imagine the the transparent one on one with with the founder is not one on one. Believe your subordinates and the company knows your next action before you do. Plus a public company which actually doesn't have a Mission or Vision statement literally and figuratively (calls and reviews).

Gross Micromanagement 3 The Company exhibits a heavy bias against non-ivy League graduates and fosters an environment where favoritism based on educational background and ethnicity persists. 4 Everyone's Job resolves around Tickets solved per unit time which is the most important metric for any individual acrossthe company 5 Any ticket that cannot be solved immediately will be frowned upon bcoz of the above metric and you shall be put into PIP bcoz you raise critical issues. 6. Good compensation, timely payment, open culture, helpful colleagues

Dislikes

Micromanagement at it's worst. Hardly any job security. Open culture was from top down not bottom up and just a show. Nothing was open. Fault finding was the norm. Listening to boss and obeying was only way. HR was almost non existent.
