No Process is available. No cabs or insurance, working hours are from 8:30 to 8:30, sometimes more than that. you will have to clock 12 hrs otherwise you get a notice and immediate termination. It's a data entry organisation disguised as a SaaS company. All decisions flow from the top and inputs from the mod management is not appreciated. Senior team doesn't know how to run the organisation and just keep blaming the people below for their mismanagement.

Work Details

There's no balance. Even if you finish the assigned work in time, you're supposed to sit till at least 11 hrs are complete. They'll question you if you spend more than half an hour for lunch.
