Can't find any apart from this Salary on time ( but till when......)?

Thinking to login in tracxn at punching hours will give pain in ur spine( 11 hrs job) Everyday you curse urself Y you had joined this company and played with ur career. No job security (hiring - firing policy) LALA Culture. So much internal politics you can't even imagine. Management is pathetic, they don't lisn, not welcoming to any idea, it's tracxn way or exit way, moreover if you from non IT domain then never join Tracxn, nobody will teach/guide you, in the end they will make you feel like it's your mistake you joined their company, There is login time but no exit time usually 10 straight hours one need to work without lunch break. Mistakenly if you had taken loo/ lunch break then ur boss will ask to raise a ticket and discuss this with management on it. If you got the deal then supervisor will eat credit and if you don't then he will defame you in front of everyone on floor (lala culture) Forget about leaves they will make you work on Holi n Diwal. It's all leaves on paper Strict No No for Girls. Supervisors are nincompoop they not sure what his team should do. No Process is available. No cabs or insurance, working hours are from 8:30 to 8:30, sometimes more than that. you will have to clock 12 hrs otherwise you get a notice and immediate termination. There are no managers/Management here, its just a bunch of "founders" running excel data entry teams. No HR process set. Even HR have to work on production of process. No cabs, No Insurance, You need to login for 12 hours. Process is not stream lined. Even a AVP and Manager have to do executive job. Lay off seen without any notice period. Horrific management, KRA'S & KPI not set for individual roles.

It's a data entry organisation disguised as a SaaS company. All decisions flow from the top and inputs from the mod management is not appreciated. Senior team doesn't know how to run the organisation and just keep blaming the people below for their mismanagement.

Work Details

There's no balance. Even if you finish the assigned work in time, you're supposed to sit till at least 11 hrs are complete. They'll question you if you spend more than half an hour for lunch.

Everything. Most of all, insecure management, unprofessional behaviour across levels, hire and fire mentality, lack of focus on growth, huge trust and respect problem with the founders, etc. I think they had a massive culture issue, where top management was trying to drive hundreds of folks in a direction they couldn't really go.
