1. Random involuntary terminations. Zero job security. 2. Decision making is top down. Zero encouragement to provide ideas or participate in decision making process. You get paid to follow orders instead of bringing ideas till AVP levels.

* I had a terrible experience, I worked under so called AVP, who is threating * No job security * Every day is terrible * When i raised concern, my manager said, "this is the culture of organization". What is culture of organisation? The way senior officials behave with their sub-ordinates, it is worst for me, * I'll would be wrong on my part to generalize all managers would be like my manager but there are certain terrible people, who don't have minimum people skills. * Management know this is happening but they are helpless because they are good at work and entire company/product is built by them so they are helpless. * Get into this company, if you don't have any other option else don't even join....Read More

1.The company has the worst work culture. 2.VPs act like they own the company. 3.The CEO doesn't care about the company, only their public image is concentrated. 4.The company hires and fires people very often. 5.Even after hiring, they look for cheaper replacements. 6.Salaries are lower than what other companies pay. 7.Office hours are strict (9 am - 6 pm) and being late is not tolerated.
