Good work environment. Here using TPS system which very easy and clear to understand to employees and even trainee also. Here using Kanban system which control material shortage. 4S is maintained in all shop floor. Communication should be very clear with respective team leaders. Motivation(gifts) is given in every month for employee, because of implementing in 4M.
