Excellent support from Japanese, they will never say they don't know. They'll try to get the information of responsible team and pass it on to us. Very good environment for freshers and starters to learn many things, problem solving techniques. 100% job security no layoffs.

Dislikes

Work load and pressure is more, difficult to maintain balance between work and life. Location is far from city transportation facilities are not at it's best. For factory workers it'll be same routine work.
