No work life balance. They dont consider contractual employees as human beings. Never ever book a rented house if you work on contract, you may not know when they will terminate your contract and you will loose you deposited money to land lord, if they break contract within 6 months of renewal or new. same thing happened to me. Theykeep contract employees in fear of job security to extract more work. They is no no no humanity there....Read More
