TOYO MODEC OFS India (OFS India”) is a joint venture company formed by a partnership between Toyo Engineering India Private Limited (‘Toyo India’), a subsidiary of Toyo Engineering Corporation and Offshore Frontier Solutions Pte. Ltd. (‘OFS’), a MODEC Group company.

Established as a Global Capability Center in Bengaluru, OFS India will execute Front End Engineering & Design (FEED) and detailed engineering, and provide procurement support for the topsides of Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) projects, among its primary business activities. OFS India is expected to commence operations in April 2025.

JOB DISCRIPTION FOR DCC

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelors Degree in any relevant discipline
• minimum 8-IO years of relevant experience in document controller
• Technical knowledge and experience in electronic document controller management and systems
• managing all technical documents for assigned projects regarding quality, revision status, timely receipt and distribution
• Utilization of database on document control system allowing for tracking of documents, checking of approval loops, revision identification, support the contracts team
• Collecting the data, verifying the current revision status of the documents and distributing them, print and file hard copies of the documents and maintenance of updates to the document files
• Effective inter personal, verbal and written communication skills
